With 18 years in the mortgage advice industry, including 12 years leading one of the biggest lending teams at ASB and ANZ, I have built strong goodwill within the lender’s market, enabling me to secure complex deals. Specializing in property development funding, I have a proven track record of collaborating with developers on projects of all scales, ultimately delivering new homes to the NZ housing market. Each development project is unique, and over the years, I have developed access to both NZ and overseas funding sources, offering my clients a range of options to choose the right funding partner. I embarked on my career journey as a Relationship Manager at HSBC China from 2010 to 2013, where I spent three years on providing diligent financial and insurance product advice to my assigned client base. From 2015 to 2020, I transitioned to ANZ Bank and commenced working as a customer service representative and progressed to the role of Senior Personal Banker eventually. During such time, my primary focus was on meeting clients' home loan needs, providing personalized financial solutions and excellent customer service. Since 2020, I have served as a Mortgage Adviser, specializing in advising clients on mortgage services for properties and developments. This role allows me to leverage my extensive experience in banking and finance to provide tailored solutions and support to clients navigating the complexities of mortgage finance. I am passionate about helping clients to achieve their financial goals, it does not matter if you are considering buying a new house or refinancing existing mortgages - I am always aiming to help you to achieve your goals faster.
